At Ozzy Racing, all of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and allows us to deliver custom, high-quality items to our customers.
Made-to-Order Items
Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.
Please ensure you carefully check:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a printing error, we’re happy to help.
To report an issue:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Include your order number

Provide clear photos showing the fault
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
As items are printed to order, we are unable to offer exchanges, including size changes. Please double-check sizing before ordering.
Returns Address
We do not accept customer returns sent directly to our production partner.
Any return arranged must be authorised by Ozzy Racing first. Unauthorised returns may not be refunded.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:

Failed delivery attempts

Refusal by the recipient
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping costs may apply).
If we do not receive instructions within 14 days, the item will be considered unclaimed and may be donated to charity.
